Currently that is not feasible except maybe with custom CSS which would apply to local Web app only, no other client app.

Does majority of items in that library have 2:3 (portrait/vertical) posters? Which library type is that?

Emby is restricted from the internet, that's the cause of it

What does edit images show for that item?

Well i checked the folders and many don't have the posters inside ,i will fix that soon.

All my qnaps are  offline so emby couldn't download posters, i added some posters for test.

All good

So you do not have proper images and one is extracted?  But server logs will be needed it attempts to get image from providers are failing.

Try using the image editor to manually download an image for one of these titles.

It will do that if I refresh metadata it replaces the image with the correct one. Is there a way to refresh metadata for just images ? Thats all that needs to be done
