 things, it takes a long time to open files of all kinds or it 
doesn't open them and it also keeps thinking a lot and it doesn't work,

4 Bays, that has QTS 5, 8 GB of memory, 2.5 Ghz power...

I have seen the TS 464/4gb/8gb

And what are your transcoding requirements, as I reckon you won't get more than 1-2 4K transcodes on that Jasper Lake Celeron? For few 1080p transcodes it should be OK, though.

You would install the Intel 64bit version.
