Boa noite, existe alguma maneira de configurar o Emby para quando não tem a legenda em português embutida no filme ele selecionar automaticamente a legenda externa

Yes, if there are external subtitles available - have you explored the subtitle preferences under User profile? Read the description for each mode.

Bom dia, sim explorei.  

Não a nenhuma opção que seja quando não houver legendas em português ele escolher a legenda externa automaticamente, pelo menos não faz isso

It will choose an external subtitle when there is one available and if your preferences instruct it to do so.

So, do you have external subtitles, and are they named correctly? (see link above) -- Can you show us a screenshot of your media folder as an example.

Secondly, what is your Subtitle Mode for your user?

A legenda aparece só que tenho que a selecionar quando não a legenda em português embutida no filme. Queria que fosse automático

As the description of that option says "subs matching the language preference will be loaded..." 

Your subtitles should be named with the language defined as I linked in my first post. Eg. "Fast and furious.por.srt"

E só escrever colocar .por. a legenda e o Emby vai buscar automaticamente?

Yes, have you tried it? Once you rename the subtitle, refresh the item and try again.

You don't even need to play anything. With the option of "Always play subtitles" - you will already see the subtitle automatically loaded on the media detail page even before playback.

Tou com o problema e que em alguns filmes a legenda aparece selecionada automaticamente como queria mas ao reproduzir o filme não aparece legenda. Já experimentei em vários dispositivos, android, Samsung TV, lg TV etc e não da legenda

Acho que descobri o problema, possivelmente o ficheiro teria algo danificado ou estava corrompido, ele começou por encravar sempre que o reproduzia, coloquei outra versão do filme está a funcionar impecável
