Hi, we'll have to look at it on a per device basis, but the web app should get it for free if it's supported and enabled on the device/browser.

Problem is, and being kind here, the web interface sucks.  I would love support added to Emby Theater which is the absolute opposite of the web interface and is excellent.

Hi, so you like one but not the other? Did you know that they're the same user interface?

They might look the same but functionally, one is far more reliable than the other.

I frequently have problems when horizontal scrolling in the web interface using a mouse, usually in Windowed mode, where no such issue exists in the superb Theater app which *just works*.

I've been using Emby for many years on at least 4 different Windows computers using a mix of Opera, Firefox and Edge, so it's very unlikely an issue on my end.

edit:  As you updated on March 7 on a "per device basis" and didn't mention it in your post today, I'm guessing that there are no plans right now to implement in Theater?

edit 2: PERFECT example of the unreliability of the web client.  Now, bear in mind that the server has been on and running 24/7, network (inc. firewall settings, which are OFF anyway) settings on the server have not changed.  My client PC can access Theater perfectly OK but, the web client just shows a blank white page whereas yesterday Theater and Web worked fine.  I'm not looking for technical support, I'll solve it, just another example of why Theater rocks much more than the web client.
