Make sure the Emby app is running and then you can cast to it.

I try one more time, the Emby App is running on the TV but when I can't cast on it, I have not the device on my phone. (I have no device).

However, I can cast with youtube

What Emby app is running on the TV? What version?  Are both Emby apps signed in with the same user?

Depends. Have you checked the remote control permissions for the user on the phone?

I have donne some new tests. I can cast on a freetv box without installing EMBY. 

What is the thing you must have to cast emby on a device ?

In Emby Server user management "allow this user to remote control other users".
