Emby server unable to save config changes

Dear Emby support staff,

  I met a very strange problem that when I want to save any changes of system config and refresh the webpage, it immediately redirected me to the wizard page. Even when adjusting the log level. I assume this problem was caused when the Emby server don't get enough I/O permission. 

  I have attached log files, hope it helps.

For example, when changing server language, the limitation of database, the space limit of database cache, enable debug logging. In short, this problem occurs when changing any settings of Emby server.
