Jaster91 7 Posted October 18, 2014 Posted October 18, 2014 Hi there, I'm quite a new Media Browser user and by my opinion it is the best MB I've tryied in those many years. I whish it shall become my preferred one! My compliments to all the dev team! ..so go down to the object of this thread. I've installed the app for win 8.1 and when I try to play a dvd rip stored in my hdd the app exits to start menu. stop. every time, for every movie. and in general - no folder's name are visible (but i can se just a folder.jpg image if it's predent) - other videos such as .avi, .mp4 are not shown in their folder but if I press Play button starts the first one listed in the folder (blind access ;-) ) Let me say that instead Media Brower theater and Classic (run from wmc) works nicely on my system Actually I'm testing this in Surface Pro 2 - Windows 8.1 Pro Thanks in advance for any help
7illusions 1249 Posted October 18, 2014 Posted October 18, 2014 Hi, IIf you could provide the errorlog from when the app crashes, it would help a lot. (Start app, bring out the charms-menu, click settings -> Show Logs and select the appropriate CRASH log). As for the text not being visible upon folders, Charms-menu -> Settings -> General -> Show text on posters.
Jaster91 7 Posted October 18, 2014 Author Posted October 18, 2014 ...sorry but...what do you mean with "Charms Menu"? ....in the App the only menus I can see it's about movie & series libraries... thanks for supporting me
Jaster91 7 Posted October 18, 2014 Author Posted October 18, 2014 ok...that's me...just foung the "charms" ;-)
