I suspect if you were to proceed to payment, you'd see different amount listed. Nevertheless, even accounting for VAT, that's a steep increase in price, €7.11. I'd wait for @ebr to comment.

Even with IVA it shouldn't be that much, €7.11 equals to $7.55 or +51% over USD price. Even if you do direct conversion, €7.11 over €4.99 is +42%, IVA is only 22%. Maybe Google is adding additional charges. If you proceed to payment on web page (do not complete purchase, just proceed to the next step and then back out), what amount you get listed? No sulla pagina web mi sono soffermato su quella foto che ho inviato non sono andato oltre perché prima di acquistare volevo capire perché era questa differenza tra smartphone e sito web

Yes Premiere provides the ability to use devices that require premiere on up to 25 devices at a time no matter where you purchase if from.

Ho letto e ho trovato questa cosa qui mi puoi spiegare meglio nel dettaglio ? Non riesco a capire quando dice (vengono conteggiate solo le app che utilizzano una funzionalità esclusiva Premier)

Premiere is only attached to the server, never the users. Users connecting to your server get the Premiere featrures within the device limit.

Ok però per limitare i miei utenti su più dispositivi c'è bisogno dell' porzione premier per il mio sever giusto? Perché sotto c'è scritto (funzione solo con abbia me ti premier )
