No Audio playback on Google Pixel 7 Pro/Android 13

Using the Emby app version 3.2.92 on a Pixel 7 Pro device running Android 13, pressing "play" for a song in my audio library will not start the actual playback. This happens for all songs in my library - I'm not able to play music.

When looking at the queue, Emby shows the song "playing" at 0 seconds and shows the square "stop" button. It will not actually start to play the song.

The very same Emby version on a Samsung Galaxy 21 also running Android 13 connected to the same Wifi Network and to the same Emby server plays all songs from the same library without problems.

I have also tried deleting and re-installing Emby on the Google Pixle a couple of times already, without success.

 

Any ideas anybody?

This most likely was an Pixel Pro/Android/permission problem on a brand new phone (when I posted this originally). I deleted and reinstalled a couple of times again, granted permissions again and eventually it started working has has continued to work flawlessly ever since.
