Playback on Android Devices

All,

New to the community. Please let me know if these needs to be moved. This week emby stopped loading on my firestick and mii android devices. I have not changed anything on the server settings. It runs fine on all three iPhones in the house, so I am tempted to rule out Virgin Media blocking it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, what exactly do you mean by stopped loading? What exactly happens?

On both android devices emby will fire up and then I get the circle of doom where it just looks like it is trying to load but goes no further

Hi.  Did anything on your network change recently?  Is the server on the same local network as the devices?

Hi there, no, nothing has changed. The only thing I can think of is virgin media, but then i wouldn't be able to stream on phones??
