There are two bugs in the trailer android theme_video

The trailer or theme video encoded by avc1 cannot be played directly 

An error will be reported that there is no compatible stream

 

 

 

 

 

 

The second bug is. The theme video normally displayed on the computer. Open the media library on the phone and it will play automatically, but only sound can't see the picture

Many trailers cannot be played

 

 

This trailer can be played as a movie alone. This is the information of this trailer

Something is off here, how are you getting MediaInfo for a trailer there? What is your folder structure/file naming for movie in question?

I just copied the trailer and renamed it as a normal movie, and then scanned the media library

It is used to test whether this trailer can be played normally by emby

I copied and renamed the two videos as trailers. One can be played by the trailer, but not one. But both can be played as movies

 

 

 

 

 

 

This movie cannot be played as a trailer, but it can be played as a movie

 

Both the movie and the trailer can be played

I have 10,000+ local trailers attached to my media, majority of them avc1 encoded, have yet to stumble upon one that doesn't play. 

If it can be played as a movie, see no reason why it wouldn't play as a trailer, the only thing that I could think of comes down to structure/naming, hence:

Honestly don't know what to tell you, its likely down to your system, possibly server log with debugging on would show something though I'm doubtful. Maybe @Luke might have some other idea, as I cannot recreate the issue to be able to troubleshoot it.

Which client app you're using? Web app? Theater? Have you tried different browsers?
