nweishar 14 Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 Hey guys, I'm seeing a persistent error in my logs when trying to trigger the scheduled task for Open Subtitles download. I've confirmed my library settings should be downloading subtitles, and ensured the password/username are accurate. I'm running the latest version of the Beta version through Docker on a Synology NAS. Here is the error logs I'm getting: https://pastebin.com/GccU1pkw Any ideas how I can fix this?
GrimReaper 4739 Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 (edited) Quote MediaBrowser.Common.Extensions.RateLimitExceededException: OpenSubtitles rate limit reached I would assume you're on OpenSubtitles free tier which would give you 200 subs/24 hrs. If VIP you'd get 1000/24h. In either case wouldn't worry about that, as all (available) subs will be DLed over the course of several task runs (if you have it running on daily basis), estimate whether VIP is worth based on number of your media, this is literal example of "time is money": either it'll take 5 times as long or you'll pay some.
