tv source permissions

Hi,

I search the forum but didn't find answer to my question...

So is it possible to defined wich tv source is allowed for a user ?

For example, i have 2 tv source and i want to allowed only the tv source 1 for certain user . Is it possible and how to do that ?

AFAIK not by source, but you can tag channels from one source and apply tag-based access control (either Block or Allow type).

But tagging more than 10000 channels one by one seems to be a litle heavy...

Vic's tool is generally quite useful for bulk-tagging, though don't really know how will it behave with that many items.

 

Otherwise, I'm afraid your options are severly limited and would come to: open a FR in the appropriate forum section and hope for the best.

Why not implemanting an option in the configuration user to choose the the tv source ?
