Can't Scroll on Mac Desktop

Unfortunately, I had to stop using emby because of this and other bugs. I haven't looked recently to see if they had fixed all my issues, but it is so close to working for my family. I don't know if it's just apple devices which have these problems (because that's all we have). It seems like it works better (from what I read) on android and windows devices. 

I wish it all worked because my family quite likes this app, the only thing holding it back are a few bugs.

Not trying to be rude at all, but it's been over two years at this point.....

This issue doesn't appear in the web app at all. Is the macOS client doing any fiddling with NSScrollView like elasticity?
