can't change library access settings for user

For a particular user, from the beginning, I toggled off "Camera Uploads" library access.  Today I toggled it on.  Then I went back to toggle it off again, but it won't persist off.

Dashboard > Users > theuser > Access > uncheck "Camera Uploads"
<- Back
theuser > Access - it is checked again!
Or, just switch tabs within the user's settings and it will show checked.

How do I fix this?

Hi.  Scroll down and click the "Save" button after you make the change.

Will have to search for other topics as folder Access and actual Upload are separate.  So the device/client can still upload but the User just cannot access it.
