uploaded photos are blurry

Using my Android tablet app with "Camera Upload" enabled, I uploaded a couple of screenshots and a photo (via camera app).  When viewing the pics in Emby on any device, the images are blurry.  The screenshots (800x1280) are more obvious than the photo.

Photos that I copied to my Photos library are not blurry.

I'm not sure how you want me to present the example.  This is a screenshot of my tablet screen viewing in Emby:

Probably need a server log, have no idea how to reproduce this but looks like an image cache issue.

You don't know how to repro?  Just do what I did.  Take a screenshot on your mobile device and upload.

Sorry but taking a screenshot of Home Screen on device and camera uploading it looks almost exactly the same to me.  Little bit of a scaling difference for the image imported into Emby. 

But looking at the image on same device looks the same to me.  So can only guess scaling on device but need specific information and probably server log to see what the device is requesting as it will be a cached resized image is my understanding.
