Remote Emby Server not working

Hi guys,

After opening all the ports on Omada (dlink) and windows firewall (80, 443, even 8096 directly) I am unable to access my server outside LAN.

Anyone can help me? :(

Well, which of 80, 443 and 8096 are you expecting to work, and why?

Have you been through the remote setup guide?

I would like 8096 to work since its default port for the emby server. I have double check windows firewall and port is open. On Omada as well. I followed the setup guide completely to the end.

Can't figure out what to check next.

Does the port test per the KB show open or closed?

Did you do the tracert test?

It is possible you are on a CGNAT ISP or other internal network issue like double NAT.

Can you list your network connection layout.
