Android TV playback issue

So this one is a curly one. (Sorry in advance for the back story) 

We are a house of Apple users so Emby is running on 2 MacBook Pro's, an Apple TV, iMac, 3 iPhones and an iPad along with 2 Android TVs. All apple devices have played the episode perfectly without fault but the 2 Android TV's have the same problem where the vision was skipping at a rate of about 24 frames per frame (not to be confused with 24 frame per second - 24fps) but the audio remained constant. 

Now cannot recreate this on other shows, I haven't tried all only about 6 other random files. So not sure what the issue is as the Apple devices are the main viewing platforms and they run smoothly.
