Can't Transcode

Any idea what I am doing wrong here? Transcoding a TS I just recorded off of HDHOMERUN via antenna.

It is really odd some of my TS recordings convert from TS to MP4 but some fail. The ones that fail always have this last row:

Hi, I've never seen this error before, although according to this they seem to think it's a bug in certain nvidia driver versions: https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/9351

Our next release will have an updated ffmpeg build so there's always chance that will help with this.

HLS offers a method to protect the media content through content encryption. The most commonly used method for HLS encryption is AES-128 encryption.

If you are dealing with this encryption, then encoding .ts files would fail for the video and audio.  You would need to download the starting encryption key file and run some .js script to correctly interpret the encrypted .ts files.  Not very easy...
