Refresh rate no longer auto switching

Got a new Samsung TV, im on windows 11 using the emby desktop app. Selected enable refresh rate switching, but longer changes anything

 

It will always stay at what ever refresh rate I select in windows

 

Any Ideas

Dont worry delete ET from windows (including any trace) reinstalled and everything working again
