Real time monitoring never works

I have Emby installed on Arch Linux, with 3 libraries that are all on the local disk. Even though I have made sure that "Real Time Monitoring" is enabled on all the libraries, they never update when content is added. I have to go and do a "Scan for Library Files", or wait until the scheduled task for scanning the libraries happens. All permissions are recursively world readable on all of the files/directories. I have attached a log.

It's better if you post the log that includes an Emby server startup or restart. Rotated logs don't have the same info.
