And it only happens in 4k movies with embedded subtitles - and the streaming is over 4k - 80mbps. When this happens the streaming is not smooth at all and every few seconds the movie stops and continues for a few more seconds. I don't think it's a hardware problem because it hasn't happened before. It just started a few days ago. My hardware is NAS - asustor as6604t. emby is installed on windows 11. And i streamed through nvidia shield pro tv. My tv is lg oled c1
seanbuff 1318 Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 What format embedded subs? If non-text and having to be 'burned-in' due to transcoding, this can be quite taxing on the hardware. Have you tested with side-car text .srt files? Also please share logs from when this occurred. How to Report a Problem

CAPRICORNX10X 68 Posted February 18, 2023 Author Posted February 18, 2023 If I run the movie through my pc and not through the shield. There is no problem at all. Could the problem be with the shield?
