Bug: Notifications not respecting services selection

Hello,

Emby server version 4.7.11.0, running on Synology.

I have both the Telegram and the Pushover notifications plugins installed, and I noticed that the server sends notifications for both services, even when unchecking one of them in the notifications options.

I attached a screenshot of how I have it set up.

When playback starts, I get a notification both on Pushover and on Telegram.

Hi,

The whole notification system has been redesigned for the next release so I'm sure this will be resolved then.
