win10 non avvia emby server

Buongiorno, ho installato emby server su nuovo pc e, nonostante in impostazione sia spuntato l'avvio in automatico all'avvio di windows, per avviare emby server devo lanciare il file setup che finita la fase di extractin package mi apre la mia console con le mie librerie .

L'icona di emby non compare nel tray se non dopo ogni nuova installazione.

Qualcuno ha idea? Versione emby server 4.7.11.0
