TV guide out of set order for other users

When logged in as me on any device aa the channels are in the order set up on the server under Live TV/Channels

However, when my Mum uses her Roku the channels are all over the place.

Is there anyway for Mum to have the channels in the correct order?

Hi.  Channel sorting is a per-user setting.  Tell her to select "Default Channel Order" in the sort dialog in the guide.
