Email Plugin - STARTTLS

Hi Luke / all 

Is there a way to get your email plugin to ignore cert errors when sending email with STARTTLS? 

The email server is local (internal only) and the certs are not actively maintained... 

As a result, I'm getting failures to send: 

---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure: RemoteCertificateNameMismatch, RemoteCertificateChainErrors
