I've noticed that the guide data is not working for some Channels, and not updating updating on some channels, and not deleting some channels.

The error on screen is "Refresh Guide failed on Skynet"

(I've tried different providers, but no change.

I have attached the log

As a separate issue (maybe linked) Trakt is no longer syncing, although i think this has been going on sometime

embyserver.txt

Hi Luke,

I'm trying to follow those instructions, and I've found the two files that I need to delete.

But as soon as I exit out of emby (as per instructions) the files disappear.

Restarting Emby causes them to come back, but I can't delete them as they are in use.

Sorry to bug you, but how on earth do i delete these files please?

Sorry but you have a corrupt database.

SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException: Corrupt: database disk image is malformed

Unfortunately the database lock section will not apply.  You can try to recover process but most likely will have to start a new database.

Note all userdata is in that database so if you do not use the Server Configuration Backup plugin you may have to try and import the userdatas table from old to new assuming that table is not corrupted also.

When you say all userdata is in that database. Will I lose the users themselves, or the played states of shows?

Will that affect all of the linked Rokus?

Also the locations of my database doesn't match the images in the article that Luke linked to.:

C:\Users\metsh\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata

We need the location of the library database files. They are located in the "data" directory under the first path shown.
"/var/lib/emby" followed by "/data".
"/var/lib/emby/data" is the location to use for each of the solutions below.

I don't have any of those folders

I DO have the server configuration back-up. Is it a matter of loading each one and seeing if it works?

Is there a guide of what to do with those backups? As I can't see a way to "load" them.

I'm guessing I grab what's there and paste them somewhere.

Many Thanks for your time.

Will not affect users but will affect playstate/resume/favorites (userdata).

No affect on devices.

Location will be platform prevalent, per the image it tell your general location on your system.

It's late here, and I'm off on holiday tomorrow. I'll have an hour or so tomorrow am.

How do I use those backups please?

I've no idea how long this issue has been going on, so the backups may also have this issue in them!

Many Thanks

Normally userdata is not affected that I know of so it should be a matter of shutting down Emby rename/delete the library.db, start Emby and do a library scan.  Once finished go to the Server Configuration backup plugin and restore only userdata (since you do have the plugin installed).
