Have setting to not auto-generate images for libraries, collections.

I searched and couldn't really find a matching request.  There should be an option to turn off the auto-generation of images for libaries, collections, genres, etc.

Ideally it would just use something like a static image with the name.  This would help prevent embarrassing situations where a poster image is pulled in that isn't appropriate.

I agree, I spent ages last week setting up all genres (well, about 100 of them) for music. I forgot and did a refresh meta with "replace images" and they were gone. Though this is not the reason for the request here, it would have saved me had an option been present (if only from my stupidity).

Also, there are times when you need to refresh metadata AND images.

100% in agreement  It's possible to lock all metadata except images which can be right PITA when you need to refresh a complete library or all libraries.

it takes HOURS to set custom images for libraries/genres etc. So, currently, I cannot refresh with images - even if i need to.
