Currently Watching Not Updating

Good evening everyone,

I am having an issue where the server is not updating where I stopped watching, so every time I open up the app it's sending me back to the previous episodes. I remember an issue like this a couple of years old but I couldn't find it, it had something to do with running it as a service vs. logging in, but I don't have it running as a service, any advice is appreciated!

Specs:

Windows Server 2022.

Emby Server 4.7.11.0

Good evening, I'm sorry I didn't answer before. So what was happnening was, I started watching Show X Season 01 Episode 04 in my livingroom, I finish on episode 6 and close it, then I move to my bedroom to continue watching, and it's starting on episode 04 again. I am running emby on a VM on my proxmox node, I tried restarting the VM without any help, but it seems it was fixed after rebooting the whole node.
