Videos in 4k werden überall abgespielt nur nicht auf Smartphone

Ich hatte gestern das selbe problem schon einmal hier reingestellt. allerdings habe ich ausversehen den Beitrag als abgeschlossen makiert. 

Ich habe immer noch das Problem das die Videos die mit dem Handy gemacht worden sind nicht direkt abgespielt werden können.

Nun wurde in dem Letzten Beitrag gesagt das mein Gerät also das Handy avc level 5.2 nicht unterstützt und damit das video Transcodiert werden muss.

Zum einen verstehe ich nicht wie mein Gerät melden kann das es seine aufgenommenen videos nicht abpspielen kann und zum anderen habe ich einen anderen Player probiert (VLC) und dort spielt er die videos ohne zu ruckeln ab und das Videomaterial muss nicht transcodiert werden. Warum macht das Emby nicht aber VLC ?

You can set Emby to use external player for those troublesome videos: App Settings>Playback tab>tick Enable external video players.

das ist aber genau das was ich nicht möchte ich möchte keinen externen Player zum abspielen benutzen da emby sonst auch alles abspielt.

And as I've told you yesterday, you're trying to play level 5.2 video on the device that reports only supporting up to level 5.1 - whether that's Exo issue or device limitation, I wouldn't know.

What you can try is disable transcoding for your user in server Settings>Users>edit desired user and see what'll happen when you force that file to be served directly, whether you'll get a playback error or it'll actually play.

im normalen Heimnetz funktoniert es wunderbar im externen Netz funktioniert es mit nachladen

I have to get back to you on this subject and I still have the same problems that all my cell phone videos are only played with stuttering if the hardware coding is switched off the videos work without problems it can't be that my cell phone reports that it is AVC Level 5.2 can not be played although they were recorded on the same cell phone exactly the same problem occurs with my girlfriend's cell phone it's too cumbersome for me to convert all the videos and switch off the hardware coding because it's really needed for some videos there for that no solution ?

Ich muss mich zu diesem Thema bei Ihnen melden und ich habe immer noch die gleichen Probleme, dass alle meine Handyvideos nur mit Stottern abgespielt werden, wenn die Hardware-Codierung ausgeschaltet ist, die Videos funktionieren ohne Probleme, es kann nicht sein, dass mein Handy meldet, dass es AVC Level 5.2 nicht abgespielt werden kann, obwohl sie auf dem gleichen Handy aufgenommen wurden, genau das gleiche Problem tritt bei meiner Freundin auf Handy ist es mir zu umständlich, alle Videos zu konvertieren und die Hardware-Codierung abzuschalten, weil es für einige Videos wirklich nötig ist, dafür keine Lösung ?
