Video works in App, Safari but not in Chrome or Edge on any platform

Mac OS Server pushing IPTV channels from internal source. I get video and audio in the App (iOS and Mac Based App) but in chrome or edge on a Mac or PC it get choppy audio for a few seconds and then tells me there's no compatible streams available. I setup a PC version and we don't have these issues with it. This is specific to the Mac Server. 

 

Mac Studio, M1 Ultra CPU w/ 64 GB RAM.

That's all we have on that system. No other media. Works fine on the Windows 11 server I'm running.

@LukeI tested with an MP4 and it works fine, so it's only the UDP streams any only on the Mac based server.
