heciruam 30 Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 (edited) Hello, I would like to have a separate setting for a serverwide bandwith limit. While my server has a CPU (i3 7100) with iGPU that crunches away anything I throw at it, I have trouble when it comes to tonemapping. Since it's more resource intensive when tonemapping occures, I would like to have the option to set a seperate bandwith limit for that transcode/stream. In my case I would set it to something between 5 and 10 MB/s. The thing is I know this. I can set it down manually, but not everybody in my household wants to learn about HDR and tonemapping, so a if I could just have that limit kicking in when tonemapping is occuring (and override the higher limit by the app/user) that would be a better experience. What do you think? Edited January 31, 2023 by heciruam
Luke 42078 Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 HI, yes, being able to set server-side limits for this would make sense. Thanks. 1
