Weird Issue - Emby Theatre Jerky Playback after time but not Browser

Hello again Emby

I'm running Emby Theatre 3.0.19 and I noticed something really weird.

When I play a video it plays fine for some time and then gets really jerky and looks like it's struggling to respond and take a while to react and shut down.

By comparison within a browser in Emby (browse media) it plays perfectly

It's almost like the Emby App has a "memory leak" or something (I'm not technical) which causes it to degrade over time.

It happens on multiple videos / types / files etc.

Is anyone experiencing this and if not is there an older Emby Theatre I could use to compare?

My Emby setup has worked perfectly for many years and this just happened recently.
