Offline Download Bug (Items Stuck in Ready to Transfer State)

Issue Description

Some downloads get stuck in "Ready to Transfer" on the android app. They simply never finish transferring.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download an item in original quality

2. Delete the download from phone

3. Download the item but require a transcode

4. Item will transcode, but then get stuck in "Ready to Transfer" state on the app.

Versions

I'm on Android app 3.2.92, sever is Ubuntu 22.04.1 running 4.7.11.0

Workarounds

None that I'm aware of. I've tried restarting the app, deleting and restarting the download, but I always get the same result.

Logs

The server logs are attached. On the phone I only see /Android/data/com.mb.android/files/Downloads, I don't see a /Android/data/com.mb.android/files/logs folder.

Hi @Luke, I just tested this again and can't reproduce the issue, even though the software versions haven't changed on the server or on my phone. This is all local network (wifi). I'll raise this issue agaim if I find that it occurs in the future.
