can't log into account

I can't log into my account. I am being told my username or password is invalid. I Write everything down so I know what they are. help me get into my account

Which account? You're logged in here, so where you cannot login?

I am logged into my computer now but can't log in on anything other than the computer. We have gotten many emails about security and changing our password. So we tried on the tablet, and laptop. I always have it up on my desktop but I cant change passwords it is telling me the username and password are incorrect.

I'm sorry but I'm having trouble following you. You can always log into the server with the local account, regardless of device. The only users that might get affected were Connect users - are you logging through Connect? - in which case you might try re-linking their Connect accounts (Settings>Users>edit desired user>clear (Optional) Emby Connect field>Save>re-enter Connect email>Save).
