Video freezes

Sudently my Android tv does not start playing. Just freezes on a frame.

Tried side loading the android app and does the same.

 

No problem on phone or Roku on same connection. Just this Android tv 

 

 

Help!

Can you please play that item for a few seconds and then follow the instructions to send a log from the app?

The log is attached. Cant play for a few seconds, since the problem is exactly that. It freezes on the first frame.

Ok. Sorry, I misunderstood.

 

I sent the app log file from the app.

The only way I could make it work was to select a 5mb 720 resolution transcoding. Even with a 50mb connection. 

Attached you will find server logs.

- I played "Succession" (attached screen cap of file data)

- Can´t play almost anything (Strangely, can play some 4k movies with no problem), it freezes at first frame, can FF and RW but anyway only 1 frame gets shown and gets stuck there

- When I can play something, I have to select "Correct playing error" because the movie gets played with jittered video/sound
