Upgrading Windows 8.1 to 10

I need to upgrade but would like to know if I can just run the upgrade without having to do anything for emby beforehand?  I don't have time for a clean install now but will get to that later.  I just want to know if emby will still function properly after an upgrade without too much tinkering.

That is what I thought but I just wanted to check....I just don't have time for a bunch of tinkering and I need a lot of time to go application by application and make sure I have all my configurations and settings for them backed up for a clean install.  I don't want to lose years of CD info in CueTools or lots of learned OCR info etc.

Simple, once the machine finally started for it's last time I had to load the latest video driver but all of emby is working perfectly even my recordings which I was a bit concerned about since I have Ceton cards and have to run CetonProxy.....but everything is working without any effort.  My other applications I will find out on a case by case basis as I run them.
