Movies playing with audio but no video/user interface

New Emby user (have used it occasionally before), but long-time Plex user.  Running into some issues with a number of 4K HDR movies that just show a blank screen when playing (but do include audio).

I submitted logs from my Fire TV (4K Max).  Movie was Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

Occurred around 9:32 AM CST - user "Spencer"

Server logs attached as well.

Hi.   There was no playback in your log.  Did you send it right after playing the item?

Even pressing the "down" arrow does not produce the OSD?  If that's the case, it sounds kind of like the TV is not accepting the input at all...

OK, just tried again.  Different movie this time - Mad Max.

Sent logs from Android app right after playing.  Attached updated server logs.

And yes, pressing down arrow does not produce the OSD at all.  Did some more debugging and discovered that Plex (on Fire TV) will only play the audio as well.

However, my TV (Sony) has Google TV and if I use both Emby and Plex apps directly on the TV (instead of the Fire stick), then the movie will play with both audio and video.

So thinking there must be a setting on the Firestick maybe...

I believe I may have figured out the problem.  It appears that some of my movies are in Dovi format and the FireTV stick can only play very specific versions of DV.

Ah yes, that could be it. Thanks for following up.
