How to un merge complete season vs episodes

Somehow the show Las Vegas 2003 got merged with the original CSI. So now when I go to watch CSI I have Las Vegas first then the episodes of CSI. 
SO what I want to do is unmerge the seasons that are merged. Is there a way to do this other than episode at a time? 

I also have the show Las Vegas (2003) on its own not merged with CSI so I dont know why it has it 2 places like that.

Thanks it took a few times. It didn't seem to change the first time I ran the scan on each series so I just did a scan of the complete tv folder and it took.

Of course, because you're scanning only that series folder contents.
