Emby cloud server info and help....

I have a server on my Nas QNap with lots of movies on my nas for about 17TB.

I've read several posts but honestly I didn't understand if and how to use cloud storage services together with the files I have on my NAs.

In the settings of my Nas I set the libraries present in the nas but I don't know how to do the same thing with movies perhaps loaded on cloud services. If it were possible is there any instructions to do it.
Secondly, the cloud certainly has a cost and I wanted to know which ones are possibly the best to use in terms of space/cost.
