Emby android (tablet and smartphone app) Disconnects from server

My android tablet and smartphone have this issue where the app will lose connection with the server on wifi and then I cannot reconnect until I reboot the router.

 

I have forwarded both 8096 and 8092 on the router and I have no firewall rules on

 

Please help   this is infuriating every 30 min to 1 hour it happens
