Unable to edit channel metadata

Hi - this is an issue that happened to me before - solved only with a fresh install - but had to go through the pain to re-mapping all channels. Tried to solve again with a restore from backup with no luck. 

Seems like after EMBY runs OK for 3-4 weeks I became unable to modify channel metadata - I click on the edit (pencil) icon and it gets stuck forever without pulling up the option of changing the channel number EPG etc ... see screenshot - and I believe the below is the log:

Forgot to mention that when this happens also non Emby program guides stop updating … separate problem? 
Still running windows 7 as I’m stubborn …

Same problem here! Running windows 10 and this will be the 3rd time that I will have to start from scratch.

I’ll attach when I recreate the issue (started over again) but is it possible that Emby DB runs out of space with too many channels and too many guides? -  seems to me that this happens after awhile - line up several channels - start mapping them - then guide stops updating at like day 15 and can’t map any more channels .

yes the guide can be down 404 error but why it works again when you start over?
