justinrh 259 Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 (edited) When my 2019 Shield detects it is plugged into a new HDMI port, it asks me if I want to enable HDR. Why would anyone not want this enabled? Edited January 12, 2023 by justinrh
RanmaCanada 494 Posted January 18, 2023 Posted January 18, 2023 For the same reason some people would want their TV in 4:3. 1 1
Solution roaku 842 Posted January 18, 2023 Solution Posted January 18, 2023 (edited) I have a cheap TV in a secondary room that technically supports HDR but it looks terrible because the TV can't get very bright and it knocks the sound out of sync with the image. I turn HDR off on that TV. Edited January 18, 2023 by roaku 1 1
