Unable to download subtitle

I'm running Emby server 4.7.11.0 and it seems that subtitle download is not working. 

I have the open subtitle plugin installed and configured. I have setup my TvShow library as per the attached screenshot. 

When I manually start the Subtitle download schedule task is runs but nothing happen.

If I click on Edit subtitle on a video and click find, I get the following message :

No results found. Have you configured subtitle downloading?

 

 

I have also uploaded the Emby server log server logs.

Yes I did.

i forgot to mentioned it but I can download subtitles manually by right clicking on a movie and do edit subtitle. It just does not download them automatically as per the schedule task .

This is probably due to the "stop trying..." option.
