Why HDHomeRun showing twice?

I recently switched from a Ceton to an HD HomeRun Prime with cablecard device network attached.  When I run the TV detection I get:

Any idea why it's showing twice?  There are three physical tuners in the unit and no I do not have two separate HDHomeRun devices with the same IP.  I know in the device list for say Windows Media Center it shows two device in the network area called DRI Tuner and DMS but not sure that's relevant.

Side item, my other instance I have of Emby (this is a new one building), doesn't find any tuners.  I have the firewall completely off on the one showing the above results.  Anyone know the exact ports or something that need to be opened?  The one that doesn't return the tuners has the windows firewall on so assume that's a piece of it.

Hi, that's a good question. I've never seen that before, but I would just add it once and I think you'll be fine.

This happens when I have Emby detect my HDHomeruns as well. I am not using a prime, just Connect 4K. Like @Luke said, selecting one of them doesn't seem to affect anything, just always thought it was weird that they show up twice.

Thanks Jason.  I know with my Ceton tuner you had a network setup wizard in WMC and you had to select which tuners could be used by which devices and then only those are available for said device.  Looks like with HDHomeRun all tuners are available to all devices and when you run out you run out.  Is that accurate?  So as an example, I should in theory be able to record up to three things at a time(leave live tv out of it).  The fourth should at the same time should fail.  Thinking unlike Ceton, the devices have no real idea how many tuners are available.

Side question as haven't clicked into setting it up yet, does Emby know how many tuners the HDHomeRun has when you select it from that setup screen?  So in my case again will think there are 3 but if some are in use for live tv or recording thru WMC technically they aren't all available.

If I understand it correctly Emby will grab a tuner when the recording starts - if it is available then all is good. It doesn't necessarily know how many tuners are available ahead of time, just grabs one. If you have 3 tuners and 4 recordings set for the same time slot one will fail.
