There's ebr's existing Android app which has nice colours and its replacement which you sideload which doesn't (thats the one where whenever anyone says they have a bug in ebrs they say try sideloading this one and see how it compares).

This is custom CSS only for web browsers on desktop or mobile.  it doesn't make it to the TV screen.  You choose media on a notebook, tablet or phone and send it to the TV.
