No subtitle download

Hi, I have an account with Open Subtitles.org with a password of 8 characters in length, . I can log in to OS.org without issue, but despite configuring Emby correctly the search for ANY sub file for any movie gives me ‘ no results found, here’s the thing, if I look at the setting for Open Subs in Emby the password shows 14 characters in length, so I change it to my correct password is 8 characters, click ‘save’ , it says ‘saved’ BUT still won’t download the subs and in settings it has reverted to the 14 character length password, ie doesn’t save the correct password, am I missing something? Thanks

What movies? What time did you try them? How exactly did you try to get subtitles for them?
