How to refresh Playlist Picture ?

How can I force a refresh of the playlist (Wiedergabeliste in german) picture shown on the main page ?

I have exchanged some pictures, tried library scan and refresh metadata w/o pictures as I a lot of custim posters.

Same as all other libraries.

Delete current image and scan library.
