App 1.0.37 still transcoding subtitles

Sadly looks like the updated LG app is still encoding forced subs in files - and then taking forever to then show the movie or tv show  Amazon fire stick etc or ipad/ iphone plays instantly so must be something to do with the LG media player?

Hi there, did you explore the stats feature in the video player to learn why it is transcoding?
