Hello

I have installed emby at my home on linux, connected to a fiber optic.

I added some movies that I wanted to share with my family.

In France everything works fine, but one of my family members lives in Germany and the video keeps cutting and cutting again. However this person has a good internet connection of about 20 Mbit/sec.

I don't understand why this bug 

does anyone have an idea

Hi there, can you have them try lowering their in app quality setting? Usually that will resolve this sort of problem. Thanks.
